Vegan MoFo: Collapse from Cooking

It's all made. Cooked. In the fridge.

Two cooked chickpea cutlet roasts, stuffed with apple-cranberry dressing. Also, surplus pumpkin pie that has fallen prey to my quality-control measures. The house smells divine.

Time for a glass of wine.
